DACONF001 - Introduction
DigitalArts Argentina, hereinafter "the agency", is a digital design and development agency with headquarters at Calle 461 322, Mar del Plata, and registered in the Republic of Argentina. The agency is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our clients and collaborators. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide to us.
DACONF002 - Information we collect
We collect personal information provided to us directly by our customers and partners, including, but not limited to:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing information
- Project data and design preferences
- Access credentials
DigitalArts, or any authorized representative, will not request information related to debit or credit cards, or any other sensitive personal data. This is done in order to avoid external liabilities that correspond to the account holders. In case it is necessary to activate payment methods, DigitalArts will provide a detailed guide on how to make the relevant settings in a safe and effective manner.

The information collected is used to:
- Provide digital design and development services
- Improving user experience
- Communicate information about services and updates
- Process transactions and send confirmations
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Carry out our work in the services offered
DACONF004 - Use and Security of Information
The agency takes the security of personal information very seriously and has implemented multiple layers of protection to safeguard data. Security measures include:
Kaspersky Security Systems: We use security solutions provided by Kaspersky for business, which protect our systems against malware, ransomware and other cyber threats.
Encrypted VPS Servers: All of our Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are encrypted, ensuring that stored data is protected from unauthorized access. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, ensuring that sensitive information is always safe.
Restricted access: We implement restricted access policies to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to confidential information.
Continuing education: Our team receives continuous training in security and data handling practices, ensuring they are aware of security best practices and protocols.
DACONF005 - Information sharing
The agency will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- External service providers who act on our behalf, with express prior authorization from the account, and guaranteeing on our part the correct use of the same.
- Legal authorities if required by law, under express prior communication between parties, and through the intervention of the legal parties.
DACONF006 - User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to the processing of your information in certain circumstances
DACONF007 - Use of Databases
DigitalArts is committed to strictly protecting and limiting the use of the databases provided by its clients and/or strategic partners. The shared data will be used exclusively to meet the agreed project objectives, and will not be stored or processed for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the client. All access and activities within the databases are controlled and monitored to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information.
DACONF008 - Changes in information
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be notified on our website and/or through direct communication.
